- Each client will be required to sign a Service Agreement that specifies the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

- Payment Terms

- Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Client Obligations
- Clients must provide all necessary access to information and materials as may be required by us to deliver the services.
- Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.
- Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the materials produced as a result of our services will be owned by Goggno Digital Marketing Agency until payment has been made in full, at which point ownership will transfer to the client.

- Liability
- Our liability for losses suffered by you as a result of breaching these Terms & Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the services you purchased.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms & Conditions and does not remedy the breach within an agreed period.
- On termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
- Amendments
